THE ARCHITECTURAL FORM AS DIGITAL CODE IN THE AGE OF ELECTRONIC ECOSYSTEM

Abstract
The
sci-fi literature expresses different visions of possible directions
of the evolution of homo sapiens, from the vision of the world
inhabited by the people and robots to the world inhabited by the people
and cyborgs. The choice of definite scenario will have an influence on
the future architecture. In the history of the philosophy and architecture,
the body of human being and architectural form as well, were defined from
different point of view: spiritual, organic and structural. The development
of new technologies broke the barriers between the body and machine, leading
to the creation of robo sapiens, and new generations of architectural
forms e-structures, e.g. the optical camouflage, 3D-projection
and VR programming, operating in the electronic ecosystem.
